Cookie policy

Optional collection starts off. Reject cookies turns off page analytics and learning recording, including progress, answers, scores, report submissions and saved practice changes. Essential storage for sign-in, security, display preferences and your privacy choice remains available. There are no advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

What we deliberately don't do

Learning activity and page counts

Use Privacy choices to enable saved learning activity, anonymous page counts, both, or neither. Page counts are aggregate day-by-page totals without account linkage. Saved learning activity includes progress, checkpoints, answers, scores, exam attempts, report work products and Shift activity. Shifts require recording to run; free tools and practice can be used without it.

Local storage

When learning recording is enabled, guest progress stays in this browser and can migrate on sign-in. Practice changes and pending exam submissions may also be saved here. Rejecting removes unsent learning buffers and saved practice caches on this browser, and stops further recording. A console already used without recording stays temporary until you reopen it. Interface preferences and dismissed guidance remain available.

Managing your choice

Open Privacy in the navigation or Privacy choices in your account menu, or use the button above. Your choice lasts up to 12 months on this browser for app.foyl.io. Older choices re-prompt because the collection controls have changed. Blocking the preference cookie keeps optional collection off.

Changing your choice does not erase work already accepted by the server or recall a request already sent. Use Privacy & data to export your data or delete your account. Hosting, security, sign-in and requested account services still process data needed to work; see the privacy policy. Research participation has separate study consent.
